Return Policy

All writing/consulting work completed by Hope comes with 1 round of rewrites. If, after that, you are still not satisfied, a partial refund (up to 50%) can be negotiated. 

For physical goods, a refund can be requested within 30 days from delivery. All returns are managed through Amazon fulfillment. Digital products are final sale.
